1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
We value quality and sometimes our products are crafted by individuals experienced in hand sewing. This means it takes time to have your order processed and then 1-3 business days to have it shipped out to you.
Before your order is shipped, Xangg has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.
As a result of COVID-19, we will sterilize the products and packages, you can rest assured to purchase orders.
2. Shipping Cost
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the weight of the items, the destination country postal code and the desired shipping method(Standard/Expedited). To check the shipping cost to your country, add the desired items to cart, fill in your address and select the shipping method, you'll see the shipping cost.
We currently offer three shipping methods:
Free Shipping – is FREE on orders over $35 and it takes approximately 7-15 business days to reach you from the time of order.
Standard Shipping – Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Shipping times are between 7 - 15 business days(Monday - Friday) to all major destinations.
3. Order Tracking
Please note that for each shipment notification email you receive, tracking may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us to ask for help. Once you get your tracking number from our email, you could learn the status of your parcel by entering our tracking number on the tracking page of the courier's official website.
4. Customs Tax
All customs fees need to be handled by yourself. Most countries have small parcels tax-free, and you do not need to pay additional fees, but some countries may impose other customs duties, please handle the customs duties yourself.
If the package is returned or undeliverable due to customs duties, we will not be able to process a refund for you.
